Who Should Attend?

The Community Nursing Network Annual Conference is designed to provide valuable educational and networking opportunities for all nurses working in or interested in community care. Subject will also be interesting to those working in community care, including administrators, social workers, and other care staff.

Settings include assisted living/residential care, in-home care, consulting, home health, hospice, adult foster homes, public health, congregational health, mental health, correctional facilities, and other community based care agencies.

This Community Nursing Network conference will be of particular interest to nurses, but will also be helpful for other care professionals.

CEs are available for nurses, assisted living/residential care administrators, and adult foster home providers.
